Rochefort 6 is a Belgian Trappist beer from the Abbey of Notre-Dame de Saint-Rémy. It has an amber color and a fine-pored, creamy head. The aroma is fruity and malty with aromas of raisins, plums and caramel. It tastes sweet but also spicy with a pleasant bitter note on the finish. It has a medium body and moderate carbonation. With an alcohol content of 7.5%, it is a strong but balanced beer that goes well with spicy dishes or desserts.
