Paix Dieu Triple is a Belgian beer with an alcohol content of 10% vol. Brewed by Brasserie Caulier in the province of Hainaut, it is an authentic triple beer made in the Trappist style. The beer is golden in color and covered by a thick, creamy head. On the nose, it exudes pleasant aromas of fruit, spices and yeast. The taste is rich and complex with notes of malt, caramel and fruit. The bitterness is pronounced but not overly strong, giving the beer a pleasant spiciness. The finish leaves a dry and slightly bitter aftertaste. Paix Dieu Triple is an excellent beer that is best served at a temperature between 8-12°C and goes perfectly with heavy dishes and spicy cheeses.
