Rodenbach Grand Cru is a Belgian sour beer from the Rodenbach Brewery in the Flemish city of Roeselare. It is made from a blend of young and mature beer, which is then aged for at least 18 months in oak barrels. The result is a fruity, refreshing sour beer with wine-like, woody flavors. The ruby-red beer is slightly cloudy, and the light, beige head carries the scent of sour cherries, vanilla, and oak. An exceptional beer specialty that you definitely have to try!
