Gouden Carolus Whisky Infused is a Belgian strong ale from the Het Anker brewery that has been matured in whisky barrels. This gives it a unique aroma and flavor notes of vanilla, oak and sweet malt. On the nose, aromas of caramel and dried fruit can be detected. In the mouth, it is full-bodied and smooth with a long, warm finish accompanied by the whisky note. It has an amber to copper red color and an alcohol content of 11.7%.
