Brugse Zot Dubbel is a classic Dubbel with twice the amount of 6 different types of malt. Dark brown with a wonderful red shimmer, the smell is reminiscent of honey, nuts and chocolate. The initial taste is sweet with malty notes of caramel complemented by fruity notes of plum. The finish is dry and a little bitter from hops and roasted malt with a fine fruit acidity.
