Bourgogne des Flandres

As a typical Roodbruin (red-brown), Bourgogne des Flandres is sour-sweet and very refreshing. It's a mix of dark ale and lambic, with malty and woody notes, and goes great with beef stew, veal cheeks and mild cheeses.
